• Inquiries — name, email, organization (optional), message content. Purpose: sales, custom engagements, and training inquiries.
• Blog comments — name, email, comment body, IP address. Purpose: commenter identification and spam prevention.
• Product services — when you sign up for Materials Square, D3Square, or MAXFlops, the respective service privacy policy applies in addition to this one.

2. Retention Period

• Inquiry records are retained for 3 years after the inquiry is resolved, then destroyed.
• Blog comments are retained until the author requests removal.
• Longer retention may apply where required by law.
